mom day treat

Where should I have it? Plannin to take my mom and mom-in-law somewhere cool. Ofcourse it has to be seperate occasions. Somewhere simple, classy but not too costly

    The restaurant on top of menara kl.. it's not that costly, at least that's what i heard.. never been there b4..
